Flat Surfaces Roll Marking Tool PWBAZ

The Roll Marking Tool PWBAZ is designed to label flat workpieces directly on the CNC- or conventional milling machines. The labeling takes place in seconds.

Available cylindrical shafts: Ø16mm, Ø20mm and Ø25mm

The Tool its Marking Wheels

In order to mark your products, you can chose between a solid engraved marking wheel or a marking wheel for exchangeable segments. In less than 30 seconds, the marking wheel is replaced and the tool is ready again for the next inscription.

Marking Wheel engraved from "solid"

The text stands proud from the base and can not be changed anymore. It can be supplied with any text, logos, trademarks and type heights desired.
This is the right solution if you have to mark more than 1000pcs. with the same text.

Marking Wheel for exchangeable segments

The text can be fast and flexibly arranged by individual character, number or symbol segments.
If desired a loader for the segments is available.

Available type heights: 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm

Other type heights upon request.
