The Roll Marking Tool PWGER/L is mounted like a turning tool and is designed
to label thin, thin-walled and unstable turned parts directly on the CNC-
or conventional lathes. The labeling takes place in seconds while the spindle
is running with 4 - 8 m/min or by means of a C-Axis.
Marking range: starting from ø5mm - ø500mm
Available mounting shanks: 16 x 16mm, 20 x 20mm and 25 x 25mm
The marking wheels can be replaced easily and fast, therefore lengthy preparation
times are avoided. Different workpiece diameters can be marked with the
same marking wheel because only the text length is unreeled. A separate marking
wheel for each workpiece diameter is not needed anymore.
Marking Wheel engraved from "solid"
Marking Whees are engraved from "solid" and the text stands proud
from the base. The wheels can be supplied for any text, logos, trademarks and
type heights desired.
Marking Wheel for exchangeable segments
With Marking Wheels for exchangeable segments, the text can be fast and flexibly
arranged in order to mark different workpieces. The text is arranged with help
of individual character or number segments. In less than one minute, the marking
wheel is replaced and ready again for the next inscription. If desired a loader
for the segments is available.
Available type heights: 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm
